If you encountered issues such as (1) damaged goods during shipment, or (2) received the wrong order or products, kindly provide the below particulars to our Customer Service team for further action and rectification:

  1. Picture(s) of your item(s) and its condition.
  2. Your order details Complaints must be made within 7 working days from the date of product received. Do allow us to process your inquiry within 7 working days

 

  1. Customers would need to bear the postage fee to ship the item(s) back to us during the return process.
  2. If the wrong item(s) or order was shipped to you, the postage fee will be borne by Noufa Skin.
  3. Please allow a period of 7 working days for the process to be completed.
