Shipping & Delivery
At Noufa Skin, we pack and ship orders everyday from Monday to Friday (cut off time is at 3pm daily) excluding public holidays. Our team ensures that all orders are securely packed and that they are out for shipment as soon as possible. However, do expect a slight delay in processing your orders during peak periods as we work through large volumes of orders, transactions, and availability issues.
Free postage is available for purchases made by our customers residing in West Malaysia. Consumers in East Malaysia will be charged a postage fee of RM10 for every purchase made on our website.
Your parcel(s) may experience delays due to the current COVID-19 situation. As we engage a third-party courier service provider (NInja Van) to perform all of our deliveries, delay in shipment or any unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control as we do not represent said courier service provider. However, rest assured that we will take necessary actions should unforeseen circumstances arise to ensure that your parcel will be safely delivered to your doorstep.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) method is also available for our customers residing in West Malaysia with a fee of RM10 for every purchase made, and will be fulfilled by the engaged third-party courier service provider (Ninja Van). Upon delivery confirmation, you will receive either a call, an email, or SMS from Ninja Van, notifying you of the tracking number of your parcel and the cash amount to be prepared for payment.
